4.         Be Accurate and Constructive

Be thoughtful, accurate and respectful.  Your comments may impact your fellow HEYA members and Toyota.  Whether you are posting in praise or criticism, you are encouraged to develop thoughtful arguments that extend well beyond “XYZ is cool” or “ABC isn’t a good idea”.  Provide context and support for your postings.

Do not post any comments or content on HEYA that promotes unsafe activities or that could lead to an unsafe situation involving our HEYA members or other individuals.  Posting unsafe comments or content is strictly prohibited and may provide grounds for legal action.  Remember, you could also be held personally liable for any such unsafe information or situation.

REPORTING PROCEDURE FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS

While we encourage free thinking and the sharing of opinions, the HEYA forum is a privilege and serves as a meeting place for an exclusive community.  Negative behavior detracts from the experience of this group and will not be tolerated.  If you feel that HEYA members are not using proper judgment, making personal attacks or insensitive remarks please email help@heya.toyota.com.
